Accommodation
What types of accommodation do you provide?
At Deni Golf Resort, we offer 22 units and rooms for hire, catering to a variety of needs. Choose from single, double, or triple rooms, or opt for a spacious four-bedroom family unit with a private balcony. Whatever your preferences, we have the perfect accommodation for every guest!
Cabin Rooms – Double bed, two single beds – up to 4 people per room
Golf Course View Motel Rooms – Double bed, single bed – up to 3 people per room
Family Units – Queen bed, connected bedroom with 3 single beds – up to 5 people per room
The Residence – Queen bed with en-suite, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, cozy nook with double bunk – up to 8 people per room
Forest View Family Units - Queen bed, connected bedroom with 3 single beds - up to 5 people per room
Are the rooms family friendly?
Not sure what that means actually? We have lots of friendly families that stay here 😊
Are the rooms pet friendly?
Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly resort. With the golf course on one side and the Murray Valley Regional Park on the other, our unfenced property often sees wildlife passing through. For the safety of your pets, the wildlife, and to avoid any risks from stray golf balls, we cannot accommodate pets on-site. Thank you for your understanding!
How many people can stay at Deni Golf Resort?
In total if every bed is occupied, we can accommodate 88 people.
Is there parking on-site?
We have ample parking onsite and, in most cases, you can park directly in front of your room.
Can I smoke/vape in my room?
All rooms are strictly non-smoking, including the use of vapes and e-cigarettes. If you wish to smoke, please do so outdoors, away from doorways and windows, and always consider the comfort of other guests.
We kindly ask that cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly—please avoid grinding them into walkways, plants, or any other inappropriate areas.
Smoking inside rooms is prohibited, as it is extremely difficult to eliminate cigarette odors before new guests arrive. Additionally, extra cleaning, such as laundry or carpet cleaning, may be required. A $500 fee will apply, along with any additional costs incurred, including potential loss of income. These charges will be applied to the departing guest’s card.

What are the reception’s opening hours?
Reception is open from 8 AM to 6 PM; however, it is occasionally unattended. If no one is available, you can reach us by calling 03 5881 3835 or by ringing the doorbell. Late check-ins can also be arranged upon request.
Are the rooms serviced daily?
Rooms are fully serviced between guest stays or weekly for extended stays. If you require servicing more frequently, please let us know.
We’re happy to replace towels, floor mats, hand towels, or other room amenities upon request. Used bin bags can be disposed of in the bins located next to the guest laundry, behind the gate marked "BINS." Spare bin bags are provided, but if you need more, don’t hesitate to ask.
Do any of the rooms have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, our rooms are not currently equipped for wheelchair access.
Are there laundry facilities in each room?
We offer a central guest laundry equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, washing powder, fabric softener, iron, and ironing board, all available for guest use at no charge.

How do I book?

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required to secure your booking.
Why do you require my credit card details for booking?
Credit card details are required to complete your booking. Rest assured, your information is securely stored and only accessible to us through a password-protected system that is regularly updated. We will only process the transaction on your day of arrival, or you may choose to pay with the same or a different card upon check-in, in which case your credit card will not be charged. Your credit card details are automatically deleted from our system within 14 days.
Can I book online, or should I call?

Do I have to pay immediately when booking online?
The system will request your credit card details, but we will only process the transaction on your day of arrival. Alternatively, you can pay with the same or a different card upon check-in, in which case your credit card will not be charged.
What payment types do Deni Golf Resort accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and cash.
How do I make a reservation for large groups?
We prefer if you call us on 03 5881 3835 with regard to large group bookings so that we can ensure we provide all the correct information and optimise your group’s accommodation. If you send an email to info@denigolfresort.com.au with as much detail as possible prior to your call it will assist us in ensuring that we have as much information ready for you as possible. We can also then call you back as soon as we have the information.

Do you offer corporate rates?
We do not have set corporate rates, but are happy to negotiate depending on number of guests, frequency of stay and/ or duration, so please do not hesitate to call us on 03 5881 3835 or email info@denigolfresort.com.au
Check in & check out:
How do I check in?
Visit reception, where we'll greet you with a smile, finalize your accommodation, provide your key and complimentary fresh local milk, and then you can head straight to your room.
What time is check in?
Check-in is typically at 2 PM, but earlier check-in can be arranged if your room is available.
How do I check out?
We would appreciate it if all used towels could be placed on the table or bathroom counter, depending on your room type. Please remember to switch off all lights, TV, and the air conditioner. Leave the key on the table or bench, and you're free to continue on with your journey.
What time is check out?
Check-out is typically by 10 AM, but a later check-out can be arranged if needed and if the room is available.
Is there an option for an early check in or a late check out?
Please make a request, and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to room availability.
How do I provide feedback to Deni Golf Resort?
If you have any feedback or issues, please feel free to discuss with us during your stay. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us to constantly improve our service. If you have already left, please send us an email at info@denigolfresort.com.au and we will provide you with feedback on our resolution.

Function room
How do I make a booking for an event or meeting?
Call us on 03 5881 3835 regarding your requirements. If you send an email to info@denigolfresort.com.au with as much detail as possible prior to your call it will assist us in ensuring that we have as much information ready for you as possible. We can also then call you back as soon as we have the information.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of people allowed in the functions room?
This is totally dependent on type of function and set-up. We can probably have a maximum of 50 – 60 if it is a stand-up cocktail party and the deck is also used.
Is there A/V equipment included?
At this stage, we have a high lumens projector for use at no charge, any additional equipment can be hired in at a cost or you can provide your own.
Do you offer catering options for the function room?
Yes, we can discuss any requirements and suggest relevant options.
Is there car parking available for event or function guests?
Yes, we have plentiful parking available.
Cancellations / Rebooking
How do I cancel my booking?

Can I reschedule my booking?

Is there a fee if I cancel my booking?
We understand that there is often a valid reason, usually beyond your control, for needing to cancel. Please don't feel penalised for not being able to visit our beautiful resort.
How will I know if my booking has been cancelled?
If required, we can send you an email to confirm. Please request this when you make your cancellation.
