Accommodation
What types of accommodation do you provide?
We have 22 units & rooms available with varying configurations from single, double or triple rooms through to a 4-bedroom family unit with a private balcony; there is a room to suit any guest!
Cabins – double bed, two single beds – max 4 people per room
Motel Rooms – double bed, single bed – max 3 people per room
Family Rooms – Queen bed, separate bedroom with 3 single beds – max 5 people per room
The Residence – Queen bed with en-suite, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, smaller room with double bunk – max 8 people per room
Are the rooms family friendly?
Not sure what that means actually? We have lots of friendly families that stay here 😊
Are the rooms pet/dog friendly?
No, we are unfortunately not a pet friendly resort. Because we are not fenced at all, and have the golf course on one side and the Murray Valley Regional Park and its associated wildlife - many of which travels through our property - on the other side, we have no means of ensuring that there is no intermingling of high-speed golf balls, bouncy animals and your precious furball.
How many people can stay at Deni Golf Resort?
In total if every bed is occupied, we can accommodate 86 people.
Is there parking on-site?
We have ample parking onsite and, in most cases, you can park directly in front of your room.
Can I smoke/vape in my room?
All rooms are non-smoking. This includes the use of vapes and e-cigarettes. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from doorways and windows. The comfort of other guests must be considered at all times. Also please make sure you do not grind your used butts into the walkways, into the plants or anywhere else. Please dispose of them in a responsible manner.
It is almost impossible to clear the odour of cigarettes from the room in the time between guests departing and new guests arriving. There will also be extra laundry involved and possibly carpet cleaning required. This will result in a $500 fee plus any other expenses incurred including loss of income being charged to the departing guest’s card.

What are the reception’s opening hours?
Hours are from 8am to 6pm, however, reception is often unmanned, and you can contact us via the telephone number 03 5881 3835, or ringing the doorbell if we are not in there. Late check-ins can be arranged.
Are the rooms serviced daily?
Rooms are fully serviced between guest stays or weekly if you are staying longer than a week. If you require servicing for shorter periods, please let us know. We will also replace towels, floor mats, hand towels or any other room amenities upon request. Bin bags can be placed in the bins next to the guest laundry behind the gate marked BINS. Spare bin bags are provided, but if you run out, please request more.
Do any of the rooms have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, at this stage our rooms are not set up for wheelchair access.
Are there laundry facilities in each room?
We have a central guest laundry with a washing machine, drier, sink, washing powder, softener, iron and iron board for our guests’ use at no charge.

How do I book?

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required at this stage of your booking
Why do you require my credit card details for booking?
Credit card details are required by our booking system to enable the transaction to be completed. The credit card details are kept very secure, and are only visible to us by entering a password which is regularly updated by the system. We will only process the transaction via credit card on your day of arrival or you can pay with the same or another card on arrival and your credit card will then not be accessed. The system automatically deletes your credit card details within 14 days.
Can I book online, or should I call?
You can book online at https://denigolfresort.com.au/bookings. Or by clicking on any of the Book Now buttons on our website or by calling us on 03 5881 3835 and one of our friendly voices will book you right in.
Do I have to pay immediately when booking online?
No, the system will ask for your credit card details, but we will only process the transaction via credit card on your day of arrival or you can pay with the same or another card on arrival and your credit card will then not be accessed.
What payment types do Deni Golf Resort accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX as well as cash (not preferred).
How do I make a reservation for large groups?
We prefer if you call us on 03 5881 3835 with regard to large group bookings so that we can ensure we provide all the correct information and optimise your group’s accommodation. If you send an email to info@denigolfresort.com.au with as much detail as possible prior to your call it will assist us in ensuring that we have as much information ready for you as possible. We can also then call you back as soon as we have the information.
What do I do if I’m having trouble booking online?

Do you offer corporate rates?
We do not have set corporate rates, but are happy to negotiate depending on number of guests, frequency of stay and/ or duration, so please do not hesitate to call us on 031 5881 3835 or email info@denigolfresort.com.au
Check in & check out:
How do I check in?
Pop into reception where we will greet you with a smile, settle your accommodation, receive your key and your complimentary fresh local milk and you can head straight to your room once done.
What time is check in?
Check in is usually 2pm, however, earlier check-in can be arranged if your room is available.
How do I check out?
It would be appreciated if all used towels could be placed on the table or bathroom counter dependant on room type, please switch off all lights, TV, air conditioner, leave key on table or bench and you can head straight off on the next leg of your journey.
What time is check out?
Check out is usually by 10am, however, a later checkout can be arranged if required and if the room is available.
Is there an option for an early check in or a late check out?
Yes, please request this from us and we will accommodate you wherever possible and subject to room availability.
How do I provide feedback to Deni Golf Resort?
If you have any negative feedback or issues, please feel free to discuss with us during your stay and we will endeavour to resolve as soon as possible. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us to constantly improve our service. If you have already left, please send us an email at info@denigolfresort.com.au and we will provide you with feedback on our resolution.

Function room
How do I make a booking for an event or meeting?
Call us on 03 5881 3835 regarding your requirements. If you send an email to info@denigolfresort.com.au with as much detail as possible prior to your call it will assist us in ensuring that we have as much information ready for you as possible. We can also then call you back as soon as we have the information.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of people allowed in the functions room?
This is totally dependent on type of function and set-up. We can probably have a maximum of 50 – 60 if it is a stand-up cocktail party and the deck is also used.
Is there A/V equipment included?
At this stage, we have a high lumens projector for use at no charge, any additional equipment can be hired in at a cost or you can provide your own.
Do you offer catering options for the function room?
Yes, we can discuss any requirements and suggest relevant options.
Is there car parking available for event or function guests?
Yes, we do have ample parking
Cancellations / Rebooking
How do I cancel my booking?

Is there a fee if I cancel my booking?
No, we believe that there is normally a very good reason why you need to cancel, which is normally outside your control, so do not feel that you should be penalised further for not being able to come and spend time at our beautiful resort!
How will I know if my booking has been cancelled?
If required, we can send you an email to confirm. Please request this when you make your cancellation.
